Q: Do you play for any events besides weddings?
A: Yes! I have given programs at luncheons, played in nursing and assisted living homes, provided music for graduations and funerals, played in various styles of church worship services, and played in public venues during the Christmas season. Contact me to book your next event!
Q: If my wedding is outside, will you play if it rains?
A: Outside weddings are a bit tricky for string players. In a setting where no covering is available, the first drop of rain requires me to put away my violin. Even under a covering, if there is a heavy rain, the humidity will be too much for my violin to handle. If the wedding venue does not have an indoor option in the event of rain, it is best to have a back-up plan for music. In the event of rain, no refund is offered.
Q: Do I have to buy a violin for my child to take lessons?
Q: Do you teach viola?
A: While purchasing a student violin is an option, renting is a great route to take. Shar Music offers quality instruments for a great rental price. For more info: click here. If you choose another route for a student violin, please contact me before doing so.
